Getting started
- Install AE PMS 4D using the link from your project manager.
- Open a project from the list, download it once, and enter the project password you received separately.
- Optionally let the app remember the password with Face ID or fingerprint.
Common questions
- “Incorrect password” – passwords are case-sensitive. If the project was republished, ask for the new password.
- Project shows “Update” – open it and tap Update to get the latest programme.
- Can’t see the projects list – check your internet connection, then pull down on the list to refresh.
- Using it on site – downloaded projects open without internet.
