Who we are
AE PMS 4D is provided by AE Projects Management Services, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”), represented by Abdelraheem Elsommany. The app lets authorised project team members view the 4D construction sequence of projects managed by us.
Data we collect
None. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not send any personal information to us or to third parties, and we do not sell or share any data.
What the app does on your device
- Downloads the encrypted project files you choose from the projects server configured in the app.
- Checks project passwords and decrypts projects on your device only. Decrypted models are kept in memory and are not saved to storage.
- If you choose “Remember with Face ID / fingerprint”, stores that project password in your device’s secure keychain or keystore, protected by your biometrics. Your biometric data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us.
- Images or videos you export are shared only through your device’s own share sheet, to destinations you choose.
Your control
In the app’s Settings you can delete downloaded projects and forget saved passwords at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device.
Server logs
Project files are delivered by our hosting provider, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify users.
Children
The app is intended for professional use and is not directed at children.
